The Serene Edge

The Serene Edge is a 13,500 sft lakeside residence that celebrates art, craftsmanship, and nature. Designed for a couple in their 50s, the home serves as both a retreat and a gallery for an extensive art collection. Local materials like Kota stone, river quartz, and handcrafted brass details bring an understated luxury, while bespoke furniture by Sandeep Sangaru and decorative lighting by Arjun Rathi balance tradition and modernity. Thoughtful space planning, lighting, expansive glazing, and fluid transitions frame the ever-changing landscape, especially during the monsoon. The result is a calm, contemporary home that honours Indian craft, embraces natural surroundings, and offers a refined canvas for art and living.
